For the years 2007 and 2008, we envisage to complement our quantitative analysis of typical farms as follows:
a) analysis of environmental indicators, starting with emissions in 2008 and extending it by further indicators like water use, energy use and nutrient cycles.
b) from typical farms into the supply chain of beef (what kind of beef and cuts is used in the domestic markets and for export, what are the reasons behind it and how high are the transport cost between parts of the supply chain?)
Moreover, we encourage further countries, institutions and companies to become partners of agri benchmark. We provide high value output for low input.
